This program addresses how a company functions on a daily basis with the makeup of talent, roles and responsibilities, needs and various divisions that can help to effectively break up a large organization into something that can work effectively and efficiently. Students will have the opportunity to explore the behavior of the organization as a whole, the groups and individuals within it and those elements that contribute to a positive (or negative) work environment.Analyzing the impact of corporate politics, balanced and unbalanced power structures as well as individual communication styles and motivations can help individuals to navigate their way through complex organizations, help to improve organizations or even design their own successful organization based on these best practices. This program examines organizational theory and application to provide a comprehensive review of individual, group, and organizational performance in relation to organizational structures in contemporary business settings.

Can I write in the books?
No, but the student may purchase the book at the end of the course. Please refer to your book agreement that you signed in your initial enrollment process. It outlines all of the specifications in regard to your books.
When do I get my welcome letter?

What is difference between a certificate and a certification?
By successfully completing a course through one of our college or university partners the student is awarded a Certificate of Completion from the institution. If there is a state or national exam that the course is preparing a student for, the proper certifying body will be indicated and that association will proctor and award any type of certification. This is the studentís responsibility, although ECA is here to help guide our students in the right direction.
Does this course translate in to college credit?
Through our college and university partners, ECA offers non-credit certificate programs.
How long do access to my complete my course?
Access will begin on your start date and end on your end date unless otherwise specified. If you are falling behind in your course please contact an Education Consultant to talk about your options.
